Skeid is one of Oslo's major football clubs, with around 1600 members. The club is known as the "talent factory" of Norwegian football, and has provided several players to the Norwegian national team over the years. Skeid has won the Norwegian cup 8 times, and has 1 league championship. Other acitivities in Skeid include bandy and skiing.
