Mibau Stema Norge AS is a mining/aggregate company located in Jelsa (Norway). The company operates three large quarries: Jelsa, Tau and Dirdal, and has also production in Larvik. Mibau Stema Norge AS produces high quality aggregates for asphalt and concrete, ballast for high-speed railroads, subbase for road construction, rock armour for coastal protection, offshore-material for protection and foundation for offshore pipelines and sub-sea installations. The quarry in Jelsa is the largest of its kind in Europe with a production of more than 10 million tons per year. Mibau Stema Norge AS is a part of Mibau Stema Group. A majority of the production is shipped to Mibau Stema terminals in Germany, Denmark, France, Poland and England.
