MTB Capital Limited (MTBCL), a fully owned subsidiary of Mutual Trust Bank Limited is a full-fledged Merchant Bank licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 06, 2010. MTBCL was incorporated on October 08, 2009 as a private limited company with the registrar of join stock companies and firms Bangladesh Dhaka under Companies Act, 1994 with the objective to carry out the business as Issue Manager, Underwriter and Portfolio Manager. As a fully owned Subsidiary of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd, MTB Capital Limited has already started its operation on April 18, 2011. The company strongly believes to extend its co-operation and value added services to our respected clients.
